Kitchen Things for the Non-Cook
Save time and money
I should qualify this: I do cook, and fairly frequently, but I'm not a cook. I try to make things that are healthy, but I usually don't feel like taking the time to make anything that requires more than 15 minutes. This might seem pretty limiting, but if you have the right tools you can actually cook some pretty great stuff really quickly.
If you don't want to eat out every night or spend a ton of time in the kitchen, this is the kitchenware you need to make good meals fast.
1. Garlic press
Chopping up garlic is the worst thing in the world. That's why God invented the garlic press -- you can just throw cloves in whole without peeling them and squeeze out uniform garlic nugs. Big time saver, and you'll start using a lot more garlic in your cooking, which is always a good thing.
