Top Ten Summer 2017 Releases I'm Anticipating

Look no further for the best summer reading picks!

I have this feeling summer 2017 is going to produce some great young adult fiction. Here are ten of the books I'm eagerly anticipating that you should consider adding to your TBR lists.

If you want more book recommendations, check out my blog, Awkwordly Emma!

1. When Dimple Met Rishi

Summer is perfect for sweet contemporaries, and When Dimple Met Rishi seems to fit the bill. Plus, yay for girls who code and nerdy boys.

2. Tash Hearts Tolstoy

If you love literary-inspired web series, Tash Hearts Tolstoy is made for you. Plus, the main character is asexual, which is (unfortunately) so rare in books.

3. Changes in Latitudes

Jen writes such fun, cute contemporary, and I'm sure this one will be no exception.

4. The Library of Fates

If fantasy is more your thing, you've gotta try The Library of Fates. It sounds just as wonderful as Roshani Chokshi's The Star-Touched Queen.

5. Lucky in Love

6. The Authentics

Coming-of-age story complete with a Middle Eastern protagonist. Plus, that cover is off-the-charts gorgeous, am I right?

7. Wonder Woman: Warbringer (DC Icons Series)

It's amazing enough that we're getting a Wonder Woman movie this summer; now we're also getting a book about teenage Diana by a New York Times bestselling author.

8. Maybe in Paris

Sibling stories can be great. Plus, what's better than a book set in Paris?

9. I Believe in a Thing Called Love

I love perfectionist main characters, and this one turns to K-dramas to win the heart of the boy she's crushing on, which sounds delightfully fun.

10. A Million Junes

Star-crossed lovers, magical realism, and ghosts. Plus that cover.
